I'm kidding, this will definitely fit a 1st gen sedan. I'll include the rear shocks for a couple extra bucks as well since you're a sedan and it would do you justice to have the 350z shocks all around...

Where are the orginal 350Z rear dustshield/bumpstops?
The dustshield/bump you have in the pic of the rear shock and spring isn't from a revised Z suspension. Part of the revised suspension was a change to the rear dustshield/bumpstop so getting the right part is important.
