FS Pioneer 4200dvd used for an hour

I have a Pioneer 4200dvd 2010 model it was bought from Audio of America it has warranty.
I bought it speculation my video output was bad on my current unit, after installing this new unit it did not fix my video feed issues to my rear monitors so I removed the unit and installed my old unit back into the car.
This unit has literally been used for an hour. The production date a month old.
I will not go any lower than $380
