Not that I am aware of. It is just the fact that *who* pays out on things changes when the owners change and we have to get all the details worked out. Basically, the focus has been on the performance of the site and, rightly so, this is on the back burner compared to whether or not the site is working.

^ No your not the only one. March winner here and haven't received either.
My understanding is it's an issue with paypal accepting paymnts from Driver (was or still is). Now to my knowledge, it's best to request prize to be mailed to your home address.
