Okay. Well I was happy to see that someone who sent me a pos product was located in the top ten or so. Yeah. Sure it's all fg. And constant pms telling me they're shady? Awesome. Dealerships are called stealerships- what are online donkey-rapers called?

Anyway this point system is 4king retarded. If that's what my premier membership dues are being put towards then I'm out come renewal time. No idea what any of it means- how it's evaluated and I'm overcome with the sense that I don't even really care.

Rep= good

This= epic fail.

As stated previously.

Don't take this the wrong way, but it's BS.

I couldn't care less about my "status" on this venue. I have been here over six years and don't give a flying flip what others think about me, much less what VB thinks.

Have a great Memorial Day. Remember out fallen ones.

^You give back awards based on the activity level of others. When you loose an award its because someone else has "achieved" it at a higher level than you previously did.

^Not exactly sure Lou because so many different variables are taken into account when calculating the experience level. I am curious though how we lose points (other than thread/post deletions, infractions, etc.). I thought the activity level was based upon comparing you to the top 10 most active users but the points earned was not a comparison calculation so its not clear to me how I also earn negative points everyday. I'll look into this a bit more and let you guys know.

The better question is, why would you even care?

Is there some way to remove that stupid graph?

When I look at "Points with details" under "Activities" the majority of the negative point values are attributed to Discussion Ender, which are points earned for being the last post in a thread. It makes sense that you are constantly losing those points if other people are posting after you, meaning you are no longer the Discussion Ender.

Then maybe that should be taken out of the equation. since you can't really be credited with "ending a discussion" when it's an active topic.

Or maybe it should be setup in such a way that someone only gets points for "discussion ender" if it's been a month and there's no more posts after theirs.

Really though, should people even get points for ending a discussion? That's kinda antithetical to the idea that this system will increase and/or better forum participation.

^I think the idea behind the discussion ender is that its the person offers his/her knowledge of the subject to properly answer the question at hand so well that it ends the discussion.
