We are super excited to launch a new way to enjoy the G35Driver community from your mobile devices!

It's still a very early beta but beginning today if you're logged in and visiting the Community from your mobile device, you can now choose a dark mode theme in addition to the standard 'bright' theme we've always had 😎

We are looking to you for feedback about the experience. Being that you are one of the very first communities we're trying this out on, we don't expect to have gotten it perfect so we appreciate any feedback you're able to provide.

We also recognize that some of you would like to see a dark mode on desktop, we do too! Our first goal is to perfect this mobile experience and our hope is to release dark mode for all browsers once the summer is over. Thank you all in advance for your understanding.

Please log in from your mobile, turn the dark mode on using the Hamburger menu and let us know your feedback in this thread.

Much easier on the eyes when I’m diagnosing an issue at midnight

*edit* there are some threads with dark blue font which is very difficult to read in dark mode. Example:

@Robb M. Not to dogpile too much onto my thread in the moderator forums, but the G35DRIVER front page isn't responding to dark mode, it's still very light, and very... well you know.

 

This is a known issue when the post contains custom font colors as they override the standard fonts. We are looking into solutions to this issue.

The front page dark mode is not part of this beta release for mobile on the forums. It may possibly be released at a later date.
