These are staggered offsets with dimensions of 19x8.0 in the front and 19x9.5 in the rear great for the g35 and 2003 and 2004 350z's.

Not hubcaps. They're probably 2 or 3 piece wheels where the face can come off like that. But, I thought you needed special tools to put the face back on the other piece of the wheel? Are they being sold like this without the faces being "professionally" tightened to spec?
