4 Bridgestone Blizzak LM-22 18" Winter Tires
Bridgestone Blizzak LM-22 Winter Tires: Front: 225/45-18, Rear: 245/45-18 Tire sets were used on a 2003 Infiniti G35 Coupe 6-Speed for 2 winter seasons. Tread is in excellent condition.
They made a 'night and day' difference in winter driving for my rear drive G35 Coupe, which is bad for traction in even a dusting of snow. Once I had the Blizzaks on, I had no problems with sliding or traction and felt very safe in driving through snow storms. Used for commuting into Boston from Worcester on the Mass Pike. Moving to a warmer climate where water stays in a liquid state and 'black ice' is a myth.
Blizzak LM-22 Manufacturer Information: Blizzak LM-22 Performance winter tires were developed to combine good snow and ice traction with European high-speed winter driving performance. Available in low profile, H-speed rated sizes; Blizzak LM-22 tires are for the drivers of high performance sport cars, sport coupes and sport sedans who require winter driving traction on dry, wet and snow-covered roads. Blizzak LM-22 studless winter tires feature a directional tread design to enhance hydroplaning resistance on wet and slush-covered roads with rounded tread shoulders to enhance dry and wet road handling. NOTE: Snow platform indicators (the equivalent of snow wear bars) are molded into the Blizzak LM-22's tread grooves to inform the driver when ice and snow traction will be reduced as the tire's tread wear reaches the point where the remaining tread depth becomes less effective in deep snow. Install Blizzak LM-22 tires in sets of four only. Due to the traction capabilities of the Blizzak LM-22, Bridgestone recommends using Blizzak LM-22 tires only in sets of four to provide the best handling characteristics and tire performance.
