I made this myself over the course of 4 weeks... 7 layers of fiberglass. Still can use cargo net, and trunk release. Volume is slightly larger than the 4080 box because I wanted the JL 10w3v2 to fit closer to the internal volume spec of the sub.

I was going to bondo the front, and make it all smooth... but got lazy. It uses 5/8" MDF in the front, and the fiberglass is VERY sturdy with VERY good punch. If you like tight bass, this is perfect. Comes with JL Grill and everything in the pix.

I prefer not to ship... but will consider if there are no local takers.

I went out got a box, and bubble wrap last night, so I am willing to ship this since I already have the materials.

UPS Ground is not that expensive. I checked on the original shipping to San Diego, CA area... and shipping was ~$35.

I have an 06 Coupe, how easy is the install of the sub and amp? Also I currently have the stock BOSE premium sound head unit...so does ur setup wire into this fine?
