^^^Active Headrests are different from these adjustible ones. "Active front head restraints move forward and upward in certain rear-impact collisions to help reduce whiplash-type injuries." - Quoted from Infiniti website.

The ones Jase1783 is selling are the ones where you can manually pivot the headrest forward for comfort.

i know this but do premiem sedans come with this? mine look exactly the same and say "active headrest" but i can make them move?

These tilt. Do yours tilt?

If so then you have them. If not then you don't.

i tried duh but they wouldnt tilt...i was wondering if the premium package sedans came with them and why mine say "active headrest"?

Mine say active headrest too! OMG!!!

Read your owner's manual. The answer is in there.
