FS: OEM Kick Panels with DLS UP36 3-way Speakers
hey guys, i was planning on doing a full-on A/V system in the G but have decided to go in a different direction.
i have for sale a set of the OEM kick panels in Graphite color. the kicks are loaded with the tweeter and midrange from the DLS UP36 3-way speaker set, and are sound dampened on the backside to minimize vibration. the driver's side one DOES NOT interfere with the use of the factory dead pedal. the midrange only sticks out about a centimeter into your dead pedal space.
this package also includes the midbass driver from the UP36 set that gets installed in the door (which themselves are preinstalled in a semisealed MDF enclosure that will bolt right into the stock door location)
this setup was built by a well respected member of the forums who has done countless G35 custom audio systems, 16psibrick. he has done many systems for forum members and has used this speaker combination and mounting location for several of them with excellent results.
the kicks have only been installed on the car for a few weeks. the midbass door drivers were never installed, and none of the speakers has been used yet. (i only put the kicks back in so i didn't have wiring and fuses exposed in the car for the past few weeks) since they are my OEM kicks that were modified, they have some light wear typical of being rubbed by shoes, etc.
this setup cost me close to $800 for the DLS speakers and the labor.

PS also if anybody is looking for a cheap subwoofer box capable of supporting most 10" woofers and not taking up much trunk space, i have this box for sale also. it fits under the rear deck area at the back of the trunk, against the seats. make me an offer....

How much do you want just for the kicks without the speakers? Also is the W6/7 for sale?
