I bought it for my sedan but it doesnt fit. Intense guys wont take returns even though they recommended this will fit my sedan. My loss is your gain.

That really sucks. I hope you get some decent money out of it. If I was ready for my TT kit I would buy it and mod to work.

Good luck!

Hello,

Ossamah, thanks for your purchase and your thread. You ordred on 9/11/06, and your online order shows that you originally orderd the product in black. The same day (before you were ever charged) we emailed you to advise you that the black was on back order for 2 weeks. By 9/13, we had agreed that you wanted to switch to tan, as it was in stock, and upgrade the shipping to 2 day air. The product shipped that same day, and you received it on 9/15. So just to review our great customer service:

A. You ordered a product online on 9/11.
B. The same day we emailed you to let you know the product you ordered was on back order for 2 weeks. You were never charged.
C. By 9/13 (2-days later) we had agreed that you wanted to switch to the tan, as it was in stock, and then expedite the shipping to 2-day air. THEN we charged you.
D. The product shipped the same day, 9/13.
E. You received it on 9/15.
F. Shortly thereafter you called and informed us that this was for a sedan. We informed you that it's never been fit on a sedan, and is for coupe only. You were advised that we would take the product back, NOT CHARGE A RESTOCKING FEE, but that we couldn't return the shipping to you. That's fair.

Ossamah, and the audience now viewing, please read the text, especially the part that says: "Designed for Coupe model only." This text has been on there for months, so I'm confused as to why you say that we informed you that it will fit the sedan.

You're lying. We have never test fit the product on a sedan, and therefore, would never guarantee fittment on a sedan. Actually, we never "gurarantee" fittment of any aftermarket product, as unless it's OEM it may require minor trimming, etc (based on the type of product it is -- body kit, guage pillar, etc). This goes for the most expensive, high class brands too.

Next, it shows us on your order, that you entered our site through G35driver. Why would we risk negative publicity by "guaranteeing" that a $55! product would fit on something that we've never tested it on???? Seriously, that makes no sense. We've been a strong, respectable vendor on this board for 2 years now..

Oh really? You haven't heard from us about what?? You called once, stated the problem, we gave you the resolution, you have NEVER CALLED BACK. Return your phone calls? Worst possible customer service? Try again.

Last, this happened 2 MONTHS AGO! I understand that you're trying to sell it now, but your senseless bashing of our name is unwarranted, and as everyone can now infer, low class. If you're going to sell something, sell it, but don't bring your inaccurate, dirty laundry into the picture.

Darren.

On the website it did not say for coupe only. That was confirmed when I called back and talked to the sales person. As far as expediting the shipping goes, I paid for the extra shipping and nothing major there.

I was told that this will get picked up but it was never pickedup. This is November and this piece is sitting in my garage. I have called number of times but the response I get is yes it will get picked up.

Ossamah, and the audience now viewing, please read the text, especially the part that says: "Designed for Coupe model only." This text has been on there for months, so I'm confused as to why you say that we informed you that it will fit the sedan.
If this was there, I am not sure why I would order this piece and why did the sales person tell me that it was not on the website at that time.

I have called in atleast 3 times and I was always told that RMA has been generated and UPS will pick up the package. I am not sure why I have to call back and what for? EXACTLY! This was purchased for NOPI 2 months ago and I have waited all this time for that RMA that I was told was generated! I did not mind paying 20-30 just for shipping because I wanted it right away. Your customer service was perfect until the order was processed. Return process left it all hanging. I am sure I can dig emails that were sent to Intense Motorsports regarding this issue.

Thank you!

Confirmed? You stated earlier that we "guaranteed" it's fittment. In your rebuttal, you chose to selectively not reply to that part of my retort. Again, we would NEVER guarantee it's fittment on a sedan, as it's never been test fit on a sedan.

Our attention to detail is noted here, while yours is still questionable.. Maybe this oversite can lend itself to the overall misinformation that you're spreading about us regarding your order in it's entirety.

Wrong. You wanted to return the product. We told you that you could return it, we wouldn't charge a restocking fee, but that we couldn't return the shipping fee to you. Why would we again pay to have your product call tagged, and pay for the shipping again?

??? I don't understand exactly what you're talking about, but I assume it has something to do with the disclaimer of it being for coupe only. There's no way for me to find out exactly when that disclaimer was added, but as I stated earlier, it's been on there for month. Regardless, you stated that we "guaranteed that it fits a sedan". That's a lie. Period.

Do you even know what an RMA is, or are you just reaching for something? You're misleading the readers. RMA = return merchandise authorization. RMA would be something that YOU would need to know if YOU were returning the product to us!! A CALL TAG is the correct terminology if WE were having UPS pick up the product from you. Again, why would we spend more money to call tag the product when we advised you that you could return the product to us, not incurring a restocking fee??? Your argument AGAIN, is fundamentally flawed.

Until processed? You mean, where we 1st didn't charge you at all, because the item was back order? Then we emailed you the same day we recieved it (you actually ordered at 1117 PM MST, meaning that we were closed so we didn't see the order until 9/12).

I show exactly 7 emails sent/replied to during 9/12! Good customer service UNTIL? the order was processed? Absolutely.

Once the order "was processed", it shipped out the next day (it was too late in the day for the product to go out, once the email correspondence back and forth determined what exactly you wanted) 2-day air.

We have all of the emails to.. so if you want to go down that road, be my guest. 7 total emails were sent/replied to on 9/12, and only 1 was sent, by you, on 10/10:

"Its been 3 weeks since I talked to you about returning the pillar for a G35 Sedan that was a wrong part. I have not heard back from you since then. Let me know what is going on."

??? Please see the above explanations. Why would we send UPS to pick a product from you, that we let you return without paying a restocking fee? Use common sense please.

Wow, this has become a good drama.

I feel very bad for both of you that has occurred. With any luck it will work out.

It was my bad that I kept CALLING you and did not email you. Your rep MIKE assured me that a call tag has been generated (my bad on using the term RMA) but if you want to be specific sure.

Anyone can provide good customer service when they are trying to get BUSINESS. Real customer service is where you back up your products and accept returns when you mess up an order. If this was for a coupe, my order confirmation should have stated that. Even the sales person appologized that it was your bad for not stating that on the webpage( I am sure it has been changed now).

Since you are keeping track of all the information, why was I not told that I need to send it back on my own expense? I think Intense Motorsports is out there to SELL parts and as soon as they screw up on an order they will NOT return calls or emails or even bother to refund. That still remains a fact. How about you talk to your rep Mike and ask him why he stated this over the phone that a Call Tag will be issued?

If you are so honest about your business then start describing the products accurately and don't mislead customers.

"IntensePower.com Full A-Pillar Triple Gauge Pod G35" - What does that tell you? It fits a coupe? Give me a break!
