Anyone can provide good customer service when they are trying to get BUSINESS. Real customer service is where you back up your products and accept returns when you mess up an order. If this was for a coupe, my order confirmation should have stated that. Even the sales person appologized that it was your bad for not stating that on the webpage( I am sure it has been changed now).

Since you are keeping track of all the information, why was I not told that I need to send it back on my own expense? I think Intense Motorsports is out there to SELL parts and as soon as they screw up on an order they will NOT return calls or emails or even bother to refund. That still remains a fact. How about you talk to your rep Mike and ask him why he stated this over the phone that a Call Tag will be issued?

If you are so honest about your business then start describing the products accurately and don't mislead customers.

"IntensePower.com Full A-Pillar Triple Gauge Pod G35" - What does that tell you? It fits a coupe? Give me a break!

Hello,

Apparently you've stated your side, as have we. I'm not going to keep beating a dead horse.. (issue). It's unfortunate that you see things this way, and continue to post wholly inaccurate, and untrue statements. If we are/were in the wrong, I have no problem stating such, but that's not going to happen on this thread. Have a great weekend, and good luck on the sale.

Darren.

i cant help but to chime in on this thread. my post isnt against anyone here. im just giving my buisness point of view. this is how i do my buisness, if a customer had misinform about a product i would definetly return with no problem, even if its his/her fault. why because i would want to keep his buisness. why ruin it for one customer and he/she would spread bad rumors about your buisness. and about the shipping, why not just split it among both of you guys? how much does that damn pillar cost to have it shipped back? 8 bucks? 10 at most? you get the product back n still can resell it back as new. if it was a 10-20 lb product then yes shipping is alot. maybe split it among 1/3 and 1/4.

the way i see it if i get to keep this one customer he might order from me again and guess what i already made back my money and some more. no bad mouthing my buisness, hes happy im happy. done deal. and guess what this pointless thread would have never appear!
gl to both of you guys to resolve this matter. remember this post isnt against any one of you guys, just posting my opinion.
