yes, the skirts from the 06 should bolt on right up to an 04...or any year for that matter

However, the 06 sport splash guards will NOT fit on non sport skirts...so you would have to buy both the skirts and splash guards...

basically, the mounting points are the same...so itll fit fine

UPS ground shipping will be $20 to $25 depending on to where in the states. The problem is finding a box that will fit, otherwise it'll get all scratched up... unless it's going to be painted in a different a color anyways then it's all good.
