I bought these PIAA LEDs off ebay from a seller that I have had good experience dealing with. The only reason why I am selling this pair, which I've just purchased and received for less than 1 week, is bec the color does not match with my clearance strip leds and my low beam color. These LEDs are authentic PIAA imported from Japan, and comes in the original packaging. They have only been taken out of the packing by me, with care, to put into my clear corners to test out the color. There is absolutely nothing wrong or defective about these bulbs, besides the fact that they have been lit once for less than 5min, they are just like any other new piaa bulbs off the shelf. I have purchased another pair of PIAAs for my side marker, the PIAA TERAs, hoping for a better color match with the TERAs i've got in my clearance strip. These bulbs have been taken out of the packaging and put back into the packaging with extreme care, and are in perfect condition. For anyone who is interested, feel free to ask questions. wat color do these bulbs light up? i am interested if they fit and shoot down the whole clearance strip.

It is pure white in color. I've only tried them on my clear corners for 5 min to test the color match with my headlamp, so I'm not sure how they'd look in the clearance strip. This pair is the Xtreme White 6LED units, I believe 6LED is the most LED that PIAA offers in the 194/168 wedge bulbs. I've seen members putting PIAA 2LED units in the clearance stips, and they looked significantly better than stock. These 6LED pairs will for sure be brighter. Thanks for looking.

 

In addition, yes they will fit in your clearance strip, they are plug and play. If you are considering putting LED bulbs in your headlight housing, definitely go with PIAA. If you do a search, you'll realize many members with cheaper bulbs (from www.superbrightleds.com or others) had to switch their clearance strip bulbs every 2-3month. The heat from the headlight housing will kill the low quality LED bulbs. LEDs were never meant to go with heat. However, people running with PIAA's have gone as long as 2 years and still going without having to switch out their clearance strip bulbs. I know I sound like I'm really trying to sell these bulbs, but in fact I'm not, since I'm in no need for the money. Whether u decide to go with my bulbs or others, i'd recommend PIAA's none-the-less.
