Rear sidemarker replacement mistery.

How the heck do you replace the rear side marker on on 2005 G35x? I have taken the tail lamp out but there is no separate bulb for the side marker that i can see? It looks to me that it may be a build in LED but it would not make sense to buy a new tail lamp to replace the burned out side marker? Am i missing something?? How the heck do you replace the bulb?

Sorry, but i must be a cookie hahah

OR, you can purchase a replacement LED from the internet, desolder the old one, and solder in the new LED.

You'll just need to find out the specs of the old LED.

Was this the final answer? I just posted about the same type of issue on a gen 2.
