Are they "brand new"? Or "barely used with 90% tread left"?

They are barely used with 90% tread left, please excuse the thread title as it was posted when i had brand new Bridgestone Fuzions up before they were sold. I added more stuff for sale in the same thread since the brand of tires in the title suites it and instead of making a brand new FS thread, plus it doesnt allow me to change the thread title.
btw, i added more tires.
