Exclamation Fs:FINALLY - 04/11/07***

Final news as of 04/11/07- finally!

I just spoke with a claim adjuster supervisor, I cannot take the stuff out unless I want to buy it back, too much and not worth it - my body shop guys said it would take $15K to fix it - not good! - I think I just take my $25K and run. So, I have to let it go and move on - thanks for everyone's support! I'll show up at the meet on of these days with my Lotus Elise.

FINAL UPDATE!!!

The insurance towed my G away this morning - it it forever gone! I am so bumped out now that my beloved G that I put so much time, energy, and money in - it was my pride and joy, my getaway time!

oh well, Lotus Elise, I guess you have to do!

__________________________________________________ ___

BACKGROUND INFO: I just installed (01/27/07) the Stillen Stage 4 Supercharger and the Stillen CF hood about almost two months ago, spent about $5,000. I barely drove 500 miles on it before another car ran me off the road on the way to LACR (3/9/07) and totaled my car - the frame is bent but the engine and SC still runs perfectly and smoothly! The insurance company declared the vehicle saLvaged today!

My 03 Coupe is currently in my friend's bodyshop in City of San Gabriel, Los
Angeles County, CA - bent frame!

SPECIAL DEAL AND CONDITION - For $3,300, you or your mechanic must come to my friend's bodyshop and uninstall and take the SC and Hood. All I ask is put on your stock upper plenum to replace the SC. I still have my stock hood. I don't have time! - UPDATE 04/02/07 -IT'S A NO GO!! STAY WITH VEHICLE, INSURANCE TAKING IT TOMORROW - D@MMN!

STILL FOR SALE AS OF 04/02/07:

Almost new VRT Front Strut Bar - modified to clear SC - $350 firm, bought/installed in 01/27/07 for $550!

2006 Front projector lights bulbs/ballast - both left and right, in excellent condition - $900 Firm - bought brand new from Riverside Infiniti for $1300 in Dec 2006.

My beloved G coupe is totalled - time to move on - I'll post a new ride next week! Thanks for all you support and PM me if you're interested. Especially the SC and Hood, time is of the essence.

***UPDATE AS OF 04/02/07***

My brother was able to remove the JBT brakes and put back the stock ones.

JBT big brake kit, 6-piston calipers front and 4-piston calipers rear, 13" slotted discs - fits 19" and 20" rims only, still in excellent condition - 90%-95% - Bought brand new from JBT and installed in Dec 06, less than 2000 miles - cost me $3900 - FOR SALE: $2700.

The Sevas 20" wheels are broken - it's a no go, they stay with the car and insurance will pay it providing I have receipts! Along are the broken axles, a-arms, bent strut bars....toe cam kit...

The SC S4 is a no go also - don't have enough time and local buyers to come and uninstall it - DAmmn it!!!

I think I'm recovered. Now with a new toy....

Life goes on - be safe out there everyone!

As I said before, the local buyers needs to remove the whole SC kit himself (thus, great saving!) and give me his stock upper plenum. I just have limited time and it's in the bodyshop. Thanks

I bought it around $1300 new for the pair. I just checked EverythingG35, selling for $929 plush shipping!

So, I'm willing to sell $750 shipped! Thanks for your interest.

It seems like a lot of people want to get my SC kit, I'll try to get a mechanic to remove from the car if possible. Thanks for the kind support, I appreciate it.

The only reason the G stop from sliding and swinging around because it hit the high dirt mount on the passenger side, which caused the rear passenger side wheel to bent inward, breaking the the suspension, a-arm, and the underside , slammed into the dirtmount also, the front passenger side door was pushed in also, I couldn't open the glove compartment = so the underside also pushed it....I thought I hit the utility pole originally, but I didn't. The bodyshop owner and the insurance appraiser looked underneath and I guess it looked beyond repair and bad enough - therefore, they totalled it. I don't really want them to fix it and drive it again anyway - it's never the same.
