Should this work with MD 5/16" spacer?
will it fit with spacer?
and with spacer, still will increase HP slightly?

As per say running the Crawford AND the MD... I am uncertain of the largest spacer you can run, but if my memory serves me well I do recall a member selling his Crawford with a 1/2" MD spacer sealed to it about 5-6 months ago on here.

I would highly suggest running some sort of AFR as a stated earlier with a combo like that. You do not want to run too lean by accident.

Technically it should. Problem is the two bolts that hold down the middle of the plenum will no longer reach. You might be okay with the bolts that hold the outside of the plenum.

But the question is why? It's been proven that using larger spacers enters the area of diminishing returns. Using a Crawford and a spacer is essentially like using a HUGE spacer.

You might see a gain up at the very top (I guess). But the question is what will happen to the rest of the hp curve? You will probably lose lowend (I guess).

If you have the spacer, the crawford won't help much (if any). But a MREV2 manifold would definately help.

Actually if you look at the MD dyno sheets, their 5/16" spacer seemed to dyno the best overall. But the crawford came in a close 2nd.

In my search, I just ended up buying whatever decent spacer/plenum mod came up for sale soonest and at the best price. In my case, it was the crawford cast plenum. Not the tip top best in the dyno sheets but very close. And for the price it can't be beat.

I actually have one of their older plenums for sale

I haven't looked at them in a few months, but if I recollect correctly the competitors plenums that they used were outdated to the current models...
