I changed to Tein CS coilovers so my springs are up for sale. They are H&R part number 53036 for the G Sedan. They will lower the sedan 1.3"(F)/1.2"(R) and the coupe ~0.8"(F)/0.7"(R). They are progressive so H&R does not give out spring rate info on them.

I put my 20's on at the same time as these so I can't tell you how much they changed the ride without factoring in the 20's as well. They were not harsh at all and the performance gains were great. The progressive spring rate makes normal driving smooth but they become nice and stiff when you start getting into hard driving corners.

The drop was perfect on my car, right to the top of the tire on the front and rear.

They are a bit dirty but in perfect condition.

The best price I could find anywhere was $258 shipped on ebay.

$160 shipped inside the 48 states.
