Do you not know how tax works?

-You pay tax and shipping if you live within the state, but too far to pick up.

-You pay tax if you're local and you pick up.

-If you're out of state, you only pay shipping.

So one way or another, you gonna pay more at a shop. Common knowledge, come on guys.
