I'm selling my two week old Escort Passport 8500. There is absolutely NOTHING wrong with this but the gf is getting angry that it goes off everytime a police cruiser is nearby. We all know how that goes... "well if you didn't speed then you wouldn't need it!!!" So now I gotta do what she says because shes the queen. I would hate to see this go but I have to.

I'm willing to let this go for 250 obo picked up or 250 obo + shipping. I am in no rush to sell this, so yeah... =) (Comes with factory box, manuals, and the cool black box you can put your radar in). If you guys are looking to stealth these, someone on this forum knows how.

If you guys want pictures, I will take pictures. Although, these are two weeks old and has no scratches on it... I shouldn't really have to. Dude why not just turn the volume all the way down when the old lady's in the car and only use the audio when she's not? You'll still probably see the radar display warn you. I mean, you're taking a big loss on it, and her rationale is silly. Everyone speeds, especially on the highway, you'll get run over trying to go 55mph when everyone else is going 75+. A radar detector is there to make sure you're not the "lucky one" on highway speed limit enforcement day (shall we say... close to the end of the month?).

Anyway, the used blue ones go for about $220 on Ebay. For a used red one, I'd say $200 might be fair. I say you're crazy to make a $200 loss.

I'm thinking about selling mine because I want the new 9500i model w/ built-in GPS. But yeh, it's sooo expensive.

 

Actually its 225 for a red. Blue goes for 235+. This doesn't apply shipping.


How about since ebay is so cheap. I'll lower my price down to 210 picked up and 210 + shipping. This way, it'll be cheaper than ebay and you won't have to wait until the auction is over or get overbid.

The box is still even in great condition and the manual still has its plastic cover. Remember, this is only two weeks old. There are absolutely NO DAMAGES at all NOT EVEN TO THE BOX!!

 

where did you get yours from and do you have the original receipt?

 

I got mines from escortradar.com which I paid 300$ + shipping. And I do not have the reciept unless you want my bank statement.
