Just a note. You should measure the hub bore or confirm if they come with hub rings.
Lexus/Toyota hub bores are SMALLER than Nissan. So if these wheels are HUBCENTRIC, then they won't fit onto a G. If these wheels just come with a hub that's larger than 66.1mm, then it should fit fine.
