FS: Richie FSB v.1

SOLD!!!

selling my Richie FSB for the g35 coupe. i bought this in the original group buy back in March, so it's been on my car for about 3 months. Nothing wrong with it, but I want to try out the NRG FSB and have it match up with my NRG Hood Dampers so I got to move this.

Asking $175/obo. Located in Irvine/Costa Mesa area. Prefer local pick up.

You do realize a brand new V2 is only $225 shipped, right?

I'm just curious what you think a Ritchie STB is worth that has only been on the car for max 3 months? No offense but you did this on my thread too without making an offer on the bar.

I know that you buy and sell here all the time but are you actually interested in buying the bar or are you just trying to help Ritchie market his V2 STB on every person's thread trying to sell their used V1 bar?

thanks for the support Tru-G. I just noticed that, too. $50 off for a 3 month used part doesn't seem that bad to me.

The NRG looks just like Ritchie V2 bar! Do you think that it will be different or better than the bar that you have now? I figure unless the material is significantly different, it should be the same as the V1 bar you have now.

What about the STB that Stillen just came out with? Kinda looks like a cross between a Ritchie and a VRT.

I hope that you realize that the NRG bar IS the Richie v2.0 (no T in Richie) STB, right? I thought it was pretty obvious...look at the pictures on Richie's thread and the pictures on the other vendor's thread. The bars look identical. Richie is the one who did R&D for this ARC replica strut bar, but NRG is the company who mass produced if for him.

But money talks, so NRG sold some bars to some other vendors...

The only difference is that the NRG bar comes with an NRG sticker on it...

Again, I repeat, the NRG and Richie v2.0 STB's are exactly the same.

For the record, the Stillen bar looks more similar to the Richie/NRG bar and is nothing like the VRT bar. The VRT bar is not so much of a true "strut" bar.

My advice: unless you want a polished bar, need the elongated holes on the new mounts, or want better fitment with your coils...then save yourself the time/money and keep what you have.

you're probably right, aHero, but the NRG one is cheaper and has the logo on it.

Trade Pending...

why would you want an NRG logo? no good... bar is the same except for the mounts for coilover purposes...and it is polished...

^^^how did my "for sale" thread turn into a NRG bashing thread? if you're not interested in buying it, it's cool, just keep it to yourself or start another thread.

thanks for the consideration guys.
