FS: 19" Volk Racing Progressive wheels for sedan..

I'm selling my 2005 MN6 G35 sedan and I'm trying to put the car back to stock...

I have a set of used Gunmetal Volk Racing 19x8.5 (fronts) & 19x9.5 (rears) for sale OR TRADE for '05 18x7.5 oem "sport" sedan wheels plus cash (see purchase details below). These come with 235/35-19 & 265/30-19 Kuhmo Escta SPT tires that have approximately 4,000 miles on them (purchased the tires in May).

I can basically sell these wheels three different ways:

1st, sell them as is for $1750.00 including tires and wheel caps (they do have some minor scratches and some VERY small amount of curb rash on one or two). They are pretty close to perfect. The wheels do have 65,000 miles on them so they are not going to look brand spanking new. However, they look awesome and the couple flaws are barely noticeable.

2nd, if they don't sell "as is", I will remove them from my car, pull the tires off and have them completely refinished & repaired so that they will look brand new, remount the tires and sell them for $2650.00 (an absolute bargain considering the wheels will look brand new AND the wheels alone are over $3600.00 directly from Volk suppliers AND you have to wait 2-3 months to get them). I know thats a run on sentence but you get the idea!

3rd, I'll just put them on ebay after I refinish/repair them.... I know they will sell quickly.

I will sell these in their "as-is" condition to someone with a set of OEM '05 spec G35 "Sport" 18x7.5 wheels and tires to trade me for $1000.00 difference plus shipping (but I would much prefer local pick-up so we can do the swap). I live in the Dallas/Ft.Worth area. The refinishing & repairing of all 4 wheels will cost me over $600.00 (including mounting/dismounting tires) so if you pick that option, I will trade them for $1750.00 difference if you have a set of stock G35 wheels and tires (see above).

Private message me for more details or questions. Thanks

Do you have tires AND air pressure sensors with them? If so, maybe...

Hey Ed, yes, I bought these wheels from you. I really don't want to seperate the tires from the wheels, but I will if it's a deal breaker. However, it won't save you much money and then I'll be stuck with basically new tires I'll have to try to sell. Either way, let me know.

I'm not sure what the offsets are... (Can't remember off hand). Ed Lin might know, he owned them before me...

If I had to guess I'd say 42 fronts and 45 or 48 rears.

Ed?

good luck with the sale, prices #1 and #3 are good. #2 seems a bit steep but i don't know how much wheel refinishing costs out where you you live.

It will cost me $129.00 a wheel for repair and refinish from "Wheels America". Then $60.00 each way to remove and remount and balance the wheels/tires. They do excellent work and luckily for me they are local. The wheels will look brand new when they are done, so asking $2,650.00 for these wheels and tires is a great deal, considering the wheels alone retail for over $3,600.00 new WITHOUT tires AND you have to wait 2-3 months to get them from Volk distributors (they are special order only from japan in the sedan offsets). Anyways, I doubt anyone here would be able to tell the difference between the refinished ones and a brand new set. They do awesome work @ Wheels America! Keep in mind that I am looking to buy OEM wheels, regardless if I trade or not. I would rather just sell the wheels/tires with the car, but you never really get anything for aftermarket parts. I'm really in no hurry at all to sell these wheels as my replacement car won't be here until mid to late september.

One thing is for sure, most of the other Volk styles you see all the time, these are very very rare. I haven't seen any other sedans (here or at any shows I've been to) with the 19" Volk Progressives.

I am interested, and in Dallas. All I have are the 2004 17" sport rims. The wheels and tires are new (about 1000 miles). Not sure about the TPS sensors, discount tire may have installed them on the wheels I have now.

If you are interested, I sent you an Pm.... I would like to check out the wheels if possible.

Also, what are you doing with the FD?

I emailed you...

The FD? You mean final drive? Nothing as of now. I would trade someone (plus some cash) but don't want to pay someone to do the swap.

According to Ed the offsets are +35 on the front, and +45 on the rear.
