Ok. Here's an update. I'm still looking for the GT-F in Gold (only) for trade but I decided to open up for selling the wheels if someone wants to take em. According to Andy@Performance Nissan, he told me Mercury Silver is the cheapest, then any other single color would be next up in price, then MDC Gunmetal a bit higher, and then MDC Black costs more than other finishes.
I will be selling the wheels only. No tires, no lugs, and no centercaps. I just want to sell the wheels to make things simple. However, if you want wheels + any of those combos, I can talk to you more in detail. For now, the asking price is $2600 for wheels alone, or $2700 for wheels + GT centercaps (the lower profile one). Prices are for PICKED UP in socal. Although I highly prefer local buyers, I am willing to ship em out if needed.
I also took some pictures but they didn't come out that great. Wheel condition is practically perfect. They've been driven on for 2 days in total and if I go out tonight, it'd make it 3 days. I'd say about less than 200 miles total so far.
My number is 949-677-9415
I want to sell these fast because they're so damn new and I wouldn't want the wind to somehow scratch the wheels or something.

Hit me up~!
I've previously owned 2 sets of wheels which were both gold and I wanted to try something new.
I just bought a set of brand new Volk Racing GT-F yesterday. Finish is MDC (Mat Diamond Cut) Black.
Sizes are 19x9.5 in front with +17 offset & 19x10.5 in the rear with +24 offset.
Condition is basically brand new... didn't even have the time to take pictures yet. They're currently on my car but I really miss the IP on gold look. So after some thinking, I've decided to trade the wheels.
I'm looking for the same wheels but in gold finish.
If anyone with a set of perfect condition Volk GT-F in GOLD with the same size/offset wants to trade for flawless, ONE day old GT-F in MDC Black finish, please let me know.
I'm looking for just the wheels in the trade. No tires needed, no centercaps needed, no lugs, no valvestem caps, etc. Straight up MDC Black for Gold.
You can reach me at 949-677-9415
I'll take some pictures later today. In the meantime, I'll link some pictures taken by some of our vendors to just show you what the finish looks like.

Anyways, I'll make it short (i'll try my best to keep it short) lol.
I actually heard that from a few people... and even I thought that they looked like some cheap knockoff wheels. They're similar to the Racing Hart machined black ones. Yeah I do admit that there are other cheaper wheels out there with similar color in finish and/or design.
What exactly is a knockoff? Knockoff wheels usually tend to be cheap quality, crap durability, strength, cheap material, etc. They're usually copies of wheels that usually cost more than double the price. That's what a knockoff/replica wheels are right? Much lower priced, but not much r&d nor technical/customer support to back em up. They're usually targeted for the "normal, sane" people who'd think spending $4~8k on a set of wheels and tires is nuts (and it is). But most of us on here, including me, fall under the "crazy people" so that's all good.
With that cleared out, I asked myself.... "Do Volk Racing wheels have any of the characteristics commonly seen on knockoff wheels mentioned just above?"
The answer was simple. "Nope." Then they shouldn't be seen as knockoffs.
If they're knockoffs of anything, it's the CE28N or GT-N.
Let's talk about mesh... almost every damn small and big wheel manufacturers have some type of mesh wheels. Are they all replicas of HRE? DPE? Iforged..? Racing Hart C2..? Maybe they're all copies of old school BBS? Maybe they ran outta mesh ideas..?
I think it's all in the head. Some companies have their names up higher because their wheels are superior in quality to others. Volk Racing/Rays Engineering is one of em for sure.
I think it's safe to bet that designers and engineers "borrow" ideas from other companies all the time. Then comes the cheap replicas.
But sh*t... wheels can only have so many different designs... i mean, there's only so much one can do to design wheels.
They gotta be round, be able to mount tires, have holes for lugs, have valve stem, have to be balanced, strong, durable, clear brakes, shoot flames, be able to light up your number when you pass by a fine piece of as s... ok, you get the point.

We should be lucky to have so many damn wheels to choose from... but that ain't how human nature, greed, works right?
Well with all that stuff mentioned above, I tried to comfort myself and yeah it somewhat worked... lol
I just prefer the IP on Gold more than the MDC Black I have. Some people still may think they look cheap but that's ok. Many people think Ferrari Enzo ain't sh*t either.
(I personally think Enzo ain't sh*t myself. It's ugly, it's slow, it's gay, it's just sh*t..... but those thoughts will all go away if I ever have the money to afford one.
Oh btw, I also think Angelina Jolie is the ugliest female ever. ..
.......... r i g h t . . ..
