ill pick up for $100 im in NJ 07470... how bad is the paint?

$100? I purchased the lip brand new for $195 and I never mounted it. The lip came straight from the manufacturer. I ordered it unpainted, but it was sent painted obsidian black with minor surface scratches.

Anyone is welcome to take a look at the lip prior to purchase. I also still have the box that it came in and all the installation hardware.

Any other takers?
