If I were to do everything I can to rebuild it (shy of sending back to Stillen), what should I replace? (11,000 miles-ish, right?)

Congrats.

Tony or I can send you the install instructions. You might even be able to get them off the Stillen site, they are the same as the stage 2. You can get any other misc parts as needed.

Did you sell the hood? Looking for the Stillen, but may as well start with the hood. Plus I have the reve up....Stillen swears there is a difference in the SC's I think its just ECU, but how knows until you pull two of them apart. And who has that time and resources?

thanks

Thanks ttrank. It's kind of nice knowing the history of this puppy...

Do I need to change out or flash the SS Box - now that it's being put on an 03 with AT?

From what Sam at Stillen told me the rev-up is not the same kit at all. It uses the same plenum and blower but the brackets are not the same nor is the tune.

Sure

No the SS box only controls the 7th injector and pulls timing. It is the same for the 6MT as 5AT. You might have +/-0.5psi boost between different years but you are fine either way.
