This is 1 set of 4 pc Wheel/Tire cover, Material is canvas. This foldable covers make tire & Wheel care much simple & quicker. Does it cover the entire wheel or just the exposed surface? ie, looking for a tire tote, will this work?

It will reach inside more at least half of the tire when you cover it. hope this help.
