Engine Break-In ?

Whats up folks ? Just got my engine replaced for engine consumption and need to know what is the proper way to break it in ? Thanks !!!

according to the manual.

Do not pass 4000k RPM.

Do not last long at any certain RPM point.

Do not use cruise control.

Do not pass 80MPH(Don't quote me on that one but thats how I broke in my motor.
