are there ay grilles without that peice down the middle. i dont think this is authentic gailla either, authentic is a lot thicker.

It's an authentic Gialla grill. I previously had the replica from SP and it fit like crap. If you want a grill without a piece in the middle, go get a replica and cut out the bar yourself. The piece down the middle is painted flat black so you can't see the bar in person.

Have you even seen a Gialla grill in person?? The thicker grill you might be referring to is the Data Systems.

You know that authentic Gialla grilles have the center support spar? You either spray them flat black or sand off the high gloss finish. It's because of the spar that the fitment is so good with Gialla and sucks with the replicas that don't use one.

sorry i was wrong the data systems is the thick one my bad my old sp fit great and had the support too. didnt mean to chime in with negativity just wanted to confirm. i want it though pm sent

No problem man. You can also tell it's an authentic Gialla because it's made of ABS plastic and not fiberglass or polyurethane.

Thanks Alan! Got the grill today and I'm really happy with it. Now I have something to do this weekend. It was extremely well packed. How did you get all those packing peanuts in there?
