Not close to Fl, but it's worth a try.

I will call today so you do not need the tranny or anything, if you motor blew why not just get a short block and transfer everything over.

Try zfever.com, call Doug Mitchell, he's the owner and he did a swap on my 04 G35 motor that blew due to overboosting. He is the man, they did it fast, and he did it with 100% accuracy. They are in Tampa. I shipped my car down to him from New Jersey, and he took care of it. No complaints whatsoever.

Doug also did my turbo install. THey do good work. They always have VQ's in their garage too. Last time i was there, they were shipping one of them out to a customer. They have them around. Give him a buzz.

^ a short block only includes the lower half of the motor (block). A longblock includes that, plus internals, plus heads, all the valves, upper and lower manifold and the list goes on and on. its easier to swap a longblock rather than having to transfer everything over from one motor to the other.
