i've seen it on the visracing website before, but never bought it because i figured body shops and e-tailers can get discounts on them. if your friend can get me a whole kit for cheaper than the website price i'll definately buy it.

This will be fiberglass and not painted. I would gladly pay the extra few hundred bucks for urethane like the real aero bumper but to each their own.
