***Buyer Beware***

Do not purchase any items from this user!!!

I had sent him payment for the CF Nismo Diffuser on May 29th and have still not received anything from him. He has ignored all my PM's to him requesting a confirmation of shipping with a tracking number.

I have submitted a dispute in Paypal in the last week and he has still not made any attempts to respond to resolve the situation. I will be escalating the dispute to a Paypal claim very soon.

Will the Police actually do anything, seeing that the amount isn't all that large?

After I escalate the Paypal Dispute to a claim if nothing happens then I will call the Police as a last resort.

working in LE, they may not arrest him but they should take a report. NOW, if he has ripped of numerous folks and you are one of many than they will slap the cuffs on him.

Good Luck, hope everything works out one way or another.

Maybe something bad happened to this guy? I hardly think a scammer is going to give his name and put up pictures with his plates to try to scam someone. Of course unless it's not actually his car in the pics.

Either way best of luck to the buyer in getting your money back.

buyer has been refunded. Police wont do anything btw. I already told gordon why it was taking a while and what situation I was in. The only response that I had was a semi threatening reply stating that if it's not shipped out soon, then he will escalate a claim on paypal which is totally not understanding and rude. Therefore, to make gordon happy, and save me loads of time, I've refunded the amount. I've sold so many items here and to so many people, I just cant deal with people who responds with semi threatening chicken ****.

nothing against you man, i'm just curious. iTrader ratings really do help when selling. so are you aprons still for sale? I'm kinda interested in them.

Sorry parts are not for sale anymore. I've changed my mind and plan to keep the look for the new paint job.
