Nismo 19" LMGT4 wheels and Toyo T1R tires

Nismo wheels
Front: 19x8.5 ET 25
Rear: 19x9.5 ET 25
Toyo T1R tires
Front: 245/35 19
Rear 275/35 19
**corrected tire size**
Used for 4 summers so they are not perfect.
Fronts are in good shape
Both rear wheels have minor curbing on the lip.
On one of the rear wheels the Nismo sticker has pealed a bit.
Current tires have <20k on them and should easily last another summer.
Quality tuner lugs included
more pics available.
Asking $1500 obo.
Local pickup around the GTA only

Will these clear brembos? Do you have any closeups of the curb rash on the rears? And with 20K on the tires, what so of tread left are we talking about?

pic of the rear Nismo sticker, this is the only one that has a problem the others all look good.
<Forgot to add: these clear the factory Brembo brakes, my 04 coupe had the factory Brembo setup and there was plenty of room.>
I'm not sure if the pics show the tread depth well but I tried to show the wear bars and how much further it has to go. (1 front and 1 rear)
The light was coming in the window to the right of the shots so it makes the tread look a different on the left.
