Steel-Reinforced Epoxy Putty Stick

Epoxy putty sticks are the ultimate for small or emergency repairs. They are fast and easy to use, and bond instantly with superior strength. It is as easy as cut, mix, fix! This steel-reinforced epoxy putty stick is a fast-setting, industrial-strength polymer compound that enables permanent repairs to anything made of steel or other metals. It also bonds to wood, glass, masonry, and many plastics. Each handy stick contains pre-measured portions of activator and base throughout, so no measuring or mixing tools are necessary. As the epoxy is mixed, the two contrasting colors blend into one color to indicate complete mixing. The consistency (like modeling clay) eliminates drips and runs, facilitates adhesion to the substrate, and allows the material to be shaped and formed as needed before curing begins. It cures to a dark gray metallic color. Once cured, it can be tapped, drilled, screwed, sawed, machined, ground, filed, or painted.

ehhh, Also bonds to wood, glass, masonry & many plastics. I'd look into that more before it does any further damage to the bumper or paint. None the less it going to be covered by the diffuser.

Once you rebuild that area your going to have to let it dry for like 2 days of not more to make sure its rock solid before drilling it. I think if you put a good amount of the product, that it will work. Keep your fingers crossed!

this whole diffuser thing has been an ordeal for you, i've been watching the drama unfold over the past few days. im almost expecting your diffuser to go flying off on the highway. not that i'd ever wish for that to happen.
