I have a set of the Veilside side underwings for G35... They're painted Diamond Graphite.
They are NOT in perfect condition. One got knocked off the car in a car wash (installer didn't put screws in originally, genius)...
So it's scratched and dinged up. Will need sanding and repainting, but I figure whoever buys them will repaint them anyway. The 3M double-sided tape is (obviously) going to need replacing as well to attach them properly.
These are hard to find, I'm told, and Intense Motorsports here in AZ sells them for $325. I paid $280, and they're now available for $165 shipped.
