I am selling my Alpine Blackbird since I have no need for it. I used it for a few short months in my Accord and I am the original owner. I'm only selling this because I have navigation in the G so there is no use for this. It is portable, but it can also be used with Alpine headunits. I used it with the IVA-W200 and controlled it through the head unit.

You may or may not all the accessories. I will briefly discuss the use of each and if you have questions on anything please feel free to ask.

This will come with both the Version 1.1 software AND the 2.0 software. It currently has the 2.0 installed, which NONE of the ones on eBay will have. I am glad I had bought the update because it allows you to choose by Keyword, like the G and many other navigation systems. With the 1.1, you MUST know the full name of your POI, otherwise it will take some time finding what you want. It also has an updated map database and includes a 3D view, just like the G35 (1.1 version does not, only 2D).

It will come with the home charger, car charger, windshield mount, and external antenna (which most of the eBay ones will not come with).

As for the optional equipment, I have the dock for it, which as I stated will work with Alpine headunits.

I also have the KCE-900E, which if you have a processor or plan to use one, like Alpine's H701, then this is a MUST, otherwise you will get no audio, only video, because the processor is the source for audio. If you don't have the processor, you don't have to worry because you will get audio and video and DO NOT need the KCE-900E.

Do u know if this will dock with the IVA 505 H/U? Im assumnig it can because its compatible with the IVA 205

 

I'm not quite too sure to be honest. I don't even know if it is compatible with the 205. I know the Blackbird II is compatible with the 205. I can find out from Alpine tomorrow.

I just called Alpine and they said it will not work. And it does not work with the 205 either. You would need the Blackbird II (PMD-B200). Sorry this couldn't work for you.
