I installed the complete Impul catback system and it sounded great with no rasp. Then I installed FI 300 cell HFC and there was rasp so changed out the Impul Vpipe to MD XYZ pipe and it got rid of the rasp and now the Vpipe is for sale. Used for about 3k miles so its still pretty new and no one has this pipe =)

This pipe shouldnt have any rasping problems if hooked up with stock exhaust...
