I see he already had negative i-Trader feedback that would have been 1 red flag and those wheels dont look like they would fit a coupe you can tell they have minimal offset likely negative offset. Its crappy when someone misleads you and worse when it costs large sums of money. Do you have pictures on your car so we can see how bad it is.

No offense but you can tell that they are for a wide body set up, that large of lips with that off set it's obvious. But maybe i have just looked at so many wheels that i can tell by looking.

i saw he had a 5 on his itrader so i didnt see the negative till after i sent the money. thats when i started to worry a little bit. i dont think he was completley scaming me, i just think he was missleading in his description and is doing nothing now to try and fix it. pics coming soon.

ps. alberta canada? i was just there this past summer visiting fam, cold there yet?

i thought that too, but with him saying they fit i didnt think he would completly skrew me over. most people here are pretty straight up. SIN3 is selling his wheels and even he disclaimed that negative camber will be a must. all he had to do was post a little disclaimer. then this would not of happened and it would have been all my fault, you know? thanks for your input!

Small claims is less than $5000. Hence the name, small claims. I'm writing because I've had this happen to me. The only way to reach an amicable solution was filing the claim. They "get smart" real quick when they get that certified letter with the court date and their copy of the claim against them.

Do not modify the wheels in any way if you wish to reach a resolution. That's like buying a spruce tree, finding out the person really sold you a maple tree, and chopping down the tree instead of having them remove the tree and being able to resell the maple tree. You'd essentially be damaging his property and he would be able to file a counterclaim against you for doing so when you win your case.

Yeah, that is super shady on his part. I'm sorry to hear about all that man. I hope everything works out for ya so you can roll on those sick wheels. G/L

in his original post on his sedan you do realize he had widened the fenders in the front and rear correct? so it would make sense if they stuck out on stock body.. fyi

im not trying to be an @$$ but it kinda is your fault. knowing the rims were on widebody fenders then throwing them on your car and saying they dont fit. knowing they came off the car with wider fenders it would be common sense to figure they wouldn't fit on stock body specs...

dont make the mistake of "shaving" those wheels down. That would be your biggest mistake #2
