Thumbs down FS: SEIBON OEM CF HOOD w/ AEROCATCH HOODPINS

Price reduced to $375 FOR THIS WEEK ONLY. this is a freaking stealllllllll...

NOW ACCEPTING TRADES + PAYMENT. I'll accept trades+$$$ for the hood. Something easy to pawn off like a XBOX360 or PS3, games, GPS, T.V., etc. Just let me know what you have and we might be able to work something out. Easier to sell those items than an entire hood. I'll even consider gift cards to Safeway or something for groceries or maybe even a gas card.

PIC'S ARE UP! Pictures don't do it justice... In fact, the pictures make the hood look faded. NOT FADED. It's parked in a overhead garage hanger thing so there's obviously the reflection from the roof that makes the hood look that way. Theres also a reflection of a light bulb if you're wondering what that white circular thing is... Excuse the dust on it too.

Got some bad news regarding work, so major mod must go.

Bought this brand new Siebon OEM style CF hood and it arrived in the mail just yesterday. (Have records to prove it). The Aerocatch hood pins which were brand new were also installed on the CF hood. Again, I have all receipts that show that everything is new and installed for just one day. The hoodpins look clean and are of the locking type. (Have 4 sets of keys + instruction manuals and all that junk if you need them)

Pretty much comes with everything that it came with sans the Seibon box. (Dont ask me why, but the body shop that I went to get the hoodpins installed decided to cut portions of the box out... I still have most of it left if you want it though. ) So basically, the hood + pins were installed for a freaking day, and I'm taking a major hit on this.

Hood is located in Nor-Cal. I am willing to ship at the buyers expense. BTW, if you're local, then YOU supply the transportation. I don't have a truck.

PRICE: $375 + SHIPPING

Taking a major hit on this... Bought the hood for $450, hoodpins for $110, and body shop charged me $150. Total of $710.

Cheers.

what are you paying the body shop for? I am guessing for installation of the hood pins and the hood? Also, some folks prefer hood pins, and some dont. I'd say this is a good bargain for some one who does

cutting cf can be tricky. Did they mount into your radiator support or make custom brackets?

Honestly, I have no idea where to begin with shipping an item of this magnitude. I've discussed shipping this via Greyhound, but I don't even know if thats possible. (Shipping via Greyhound from California to Texas is about $65)

The maximum weight per package is 100 pounds. <--- I know we're good on that.

The extreme measurements of length, width, and height shall not exceed 30" x 47" x 82". <--- anyone know if the hoods are within this size?

If we fit the requirements to ship Greyhound, then I have no problem with shipping it. Besides shipping via Greyhound, I have no idea what to do. Show me the light! I know Fedex and UPS, USPS is NOT a possibility. (It's about $2,000 to ship it. )

Mounted on radiator support. I had a bodyshop do it. No way I'm going to do something like this by myself.

Yes it will. Doo eet. Because I'm reducing the price to $375 for this week only. This is a freaking steal to anyone who wants a CF hood. If not, I'm just going to be keeping it. Liking the look and I'll be loosing too much money on this. Just might as well. I'll be eating cup noodles for a month it looks like though....
