Not sure about the change in tone. I have heard others with the topspeed pipe, and it did seem a bit deeper. But as for this one, I got a new exhaust that came with a y-pipe so never put it on.

Well Im meeting him in person, and passing the grill for cash, so I should be fine unless hes some kind of ninja and takes them both from my hands... But Ive heard the same stuff....thanx for the heads up.
