PRODUCT INFO
Mount, charge, and play your iPod in your car
If your car stereo has an AUX-In port, then TuneFlex AUX 2.0 is the perfect in-car solution.
TuneFlex cradles your iPod and holds it in the ideal position for easy (and safe) viewing and operation. Charges iPod as you drive and sends the sound through your car stereo's AUX-In port. TuneFlex AUX has the clean lines and ease-of-use of an expensive custom in-car mount for iPod, without the drilling, cutting and inconvenience of custom installations.
A new universal fit design includes a set of snap-on adapters to custom fit full-size iPod and iPod nano models. It's the ideal choice for households with multiple iPod models.
The unit plugs securely into the auto accessory port or cigarette lighter to charge and power iPod. TuneFlex's flexible steel neck is adjustable for maximum visibility of iPod screen and controls. The included 1/8"(3.5mm) stereo mini cable connects TuneFlex to AUX-input-equipped stereos for clean, interference-free sound.

You need a line-out from your stereo
I'm not sure about the newer models (I have an '04 coupe) but you need a line-out from your factory Bose headunit to plug into this cradle. The bendable arm goes into the lighter plug.
The easiest way to accomplish this is to install a PAC AAI-NIS2 unit or a USA Spec PA-11NIS unit, behind the stereo.

It's a little transformer that allows you to take advantage of your unused SAT channel on the headunit and run your ipod through it.
Not too too expensive and not overly difficult to install.
Neither the PAC or USA SPec is included in this For Sale ad - I'm just selling the lighter adapter that acts as both charger and holder for your iPod.
Hope that helps,
Albert
