ROFL's this guy here!!!
And spacers have what to do with rolling diameter? Spacers push the wheel out farther from the hub, that has ZERO effect on the circumference of the tire...
245/45/20 is far too THICK a tire:

Put in 245/40/19 (OEM size for rear tires) and then match with 245/40/20...not only is it a high profile tire, but on a large wheel...HUGE difference in rolling diameter:
that's running an SUV tire in essence...
Make sure you understand things before trying to act smart.

but as for the tires being too thick, it may not be. If you account for the stretch and since the sidewall is not really sitting vertically straight, you're really not getting the true diameter since the walls are on a slant.
Nevertheless, 245 stretch on a 10in is more than mild stretch, wouldn't you say? Probably looks sick though, h3ll the wheels alone are sick. I wish can afford to dish out some right now, but I can't

+1 on spacers has nothing to do with diameters..

But I suppose I didn't think of the fact that it's not a truly straight sidewall from stretch...but I dunno, in the pictures the rear tires have a steam roller appearance.
And yes, 245 is pretty decent stretch considering 245s are the OEM size for the 19x8.5 OEM Rays. An extra inch and a half is a good bit of extra wheel. I personally prefer my tires perfectly sized for the wheel but to each his own. No denying the wheels are amazing.

Dude! This is a for sale thread. Not a Geometry class!
As for why i quoted you. He added the spacer to make the wheels flush and stretch the tires so it wouldnt hit the fenders. Not to mention, he went with a 45 series so iti would be lesser of a chance of bending a rim.
DAMN!!!!
