I'm not really sure if it'll work but I think it's the same, I don't see why it wouldn't fit. Its both the face and the unit itself

it will fit on an 04, but 03 and 04 has a built in AMP, so if you want to get this work, you'll need to buy a AMP, since 05,06,07 does NOT have a built in amp.
