Like new, only used for a few months in my wife's Mini Cooper. Great unit to integrate your aftermarket amps and speakers with OEM head unit. Comes with box and owners manual. The only thing missing is the control cable that goes to the remote ****, you can find one from Audio Control or on Ebay for less than 10 bucks.
