I got a set of 19 inch m45 19s,only 1 rim has rash, the rim is in the last pic you can see the rash. they come with rims, tires (bridgestone potanza's 245 40 19s) tires have more then 80%thread left. and center caps. Im in maryland, but am willing to ship at buyer expense.
