Yes its complete as if u buy it from mynismo. I dont knw to be hoenst wht size the bolts are but i think they are standard. But its complete and comes with everything.

Just wondering...I am removing my ARC oil pan, and I'm missing one of those recessed bolts. Need to find one for the new owner.
