19x9.5 5 Zigen Sports Engine SC 3000 wheels in Hyper Silver with Toyo Proxes T1-R's

hey guys i am putting these up for a friend they are MINT like new 5zingen sc3000 wheels with toyo tr-1s with less than 8k miles on both. (f) 19x8.5 (r) 19x9.5 Hyper Silver +25 offset and 114.3 pattern. Again these are pretty much new and were cleaned on a daily basis.

Tire sizes?

What sizes are the tires? Is the lip picture a front or rear?
