What brand are they? Does it come with instructions?

 

^these kits 95% of the time is just plug and play, then you splice into w/e power source you want like your parking lights.

 

not sure of the brand bc it says nothing on the box, the seller i bought them from said he bought them from "Racing Guys Motorsports Equipment" no instructions came with it, but like turtle said you really just use the wires coming out of the inverter box and tap them into another power source. there is a DIY somewhere that i read but i believe i found it through google to be honest... bump

 

This wouldn't fit the 03-04 sedan?

 

if the headlight housings are the same from year to year than yes. the person i bought this from had an 03-04 but i would check first. lmk what you find out.
