Hey do you have the driver dead pedal for an automatic, the driver side grey door handle cover, and the passanger black trim that meets the carpet and the weather stipping. How much shipped to 24141?

I need the Rear Trunk release/pop up button switch in BLACK/CHARCOAL (rectangular) that is between the dimmer and the vdc buttons below the dash.
